Exchanges only, no refunds. Damaged items will be fixed or replaced. Exchanges accepted within 30 days. Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Go to Exchange/Repair to set one up.

All pieces are made-to-order. Time frame varies from piece to piece so please message us if you need something by a certain date and we will do our best.

Standard free US shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. Upgrade option for USPS Priority or UPS is available. Contact us for options beyond what we have listed. We will refund any shipping overages. International customers should contact us before placing larger orders to calculate shipping. Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages stuck in customs. Understand that insurance does not always cover packages marked "Delivered". You must contact your local post office to follow their procedure for lost packages before we take the next steps.
